The Mana Meditation©️ is an approximate, 1.5 hours visualised journey that will bring well-being, balance and alignment to your body, mind and soul. I will talk you though various landscapes of inner and outer delight, all fully guided by my spirit (mana) team. This is a fully directed session for the highest good of the collective group. However, you will be encouraged to set your own personal intention with your own spirit team prior to and during the session.
During the session you will receive Spirit guided meditation and will feel the benefits from it during the following days. After the meditation you will receive spirit communication which brings guidance to you for your highest good at that present time.
Suggestions: For your comfort feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow/ floor cushion, eye mask, blanket, water/snack, notebook and pen if you wish. Chairs will be available if preferred.

There must always be an energy exchange to bring balance to the receiver and giver. Due to the nature of the work delivered the exchange is £16pp. Your exchange secures your space, helps to rent the hall and bring donations to the church.
