Experience the mélange of culture that brought expression and joy to those who were living in the burning Bronx and birthed a new art movement called Hip Hop. Quintero’s immersive lecture & workshop invites participants to embody salsa rhythms and breakdancing fundamentals, bridging generations with each step. Quintero is passionate about preserving Black & Indigenous history. She teaches Mambo 2 Hip Hop history and dance to dive into the rich tapestry of Afro-Indigenous-Latino artist experiences from the 1900s to 1970s.
