Motherhood can be both beautiful and hard — tender and overwhelming, isolating yet so full. It’s love and frustration, laughter and tears, all existing together. You don’t have to move through it alone.
There is deep medicine in gathering with other mothers — in being seen, heard, and held in your truth. When we come together, everything begins to feel more normal. You exhale. You soften. You remember yourself. Through listening and sharing, you gain insight, peace, and connection.
Join us for a nurturing Mama Circle in Los Angeles — an evening of breath, gentle movement, open-hearted conversation, and shared wisdom around the motherhood journey. We’ll sip tea, enjoy light snacks, and honor both the beauty and the challenge of this season.
