A gathering for all mothers, facilitated by Areya and Helen, to come together in circle, transform our limits, and carve a new path of motherhood rooted in love, grace, and devotion.This is a space to honour the masculine, release resentment and fear, and move beyond victim consciousness into deeper joy, expression, and wholeness.
Within a supportive and sacred container, we will listen to the wisdom of our bodies, the earth, and spirit. We will hold one another accountable, reflect with compassion, and stand as loving mirrors, reminding each other of the power and truth that lives within us.
Our time together will include a sharing circle, gentle embodiment practices, deep listening, cake, and song.
Energetically, this circle is an initiation, a space of remembrance and upgrading, supporting each other through the thresholds of motherhood into reclaiming ease, nourishment & radiance.

Our events are thoughtfully designed to cater to both mothers and their children, creating a unique space for connection and community. We recognize the deep longing many mothers feel to nurture their own well-being while also fostering a sense of safety and belonging for their children.
By bridging the gap between kid-friendly meetups and mothers-only gatherings, we aim to integrate children back into community spaces, allowing mothers to honor all aspects of their identity in the presence of their kids. This approach embraces the unpredictability that comes with including children, celebrating the joy and spontaneity they bring to our gatherings.
Join us as we cultivate a supportive environment where mothers can connect, share, and grow together, all while nurturing the next generation in a vibrant community setting.
About your Hosts..
Areya (Rae) --- Co-Founder of SOUL Wellness Hub, Mother, and Creatrix. Guided by the wisdom of the body and the power of shared story, Rae holds spaces that invite women back home to themselves. As a trauma-informed somatic therapist and Ecstatic Dance facilitator, she gently weaves movement, reflection, and connection to support the journey of remembering one’s innate wisdom, power, and wholeness.
Helen Batchelor, is a Mama of 3, coach, writer, channeller of star wisdom and advocate for peace and pleasure. She dares to confront and transform the distortions of motherhood and womanhood in real-time, helping herself & women thrive in our modern world. With over ten years of in-depth teachings from renowned masters in Buddhism, Taoism, Ifa, Conscious Language, and Tantra, she provides tools and insights for self-liberation and harmony, particularly for those navigating challenges related to PMDD & Man/Woman relating.
