About this Event
👶🏻 On Sunday, 3/15, we’ll all meet on the OUTDOOR green space at River Market. Kryshel will lead mamas through a 45 minute pilates class (pre and post-natal friendly) that will work your full body with special emphasis on the pelvic floor and core. This class is for ALL-levels, even mamas who may be nervous, or unaware of how to move comfortably in a new version of their bodies!
👶🏽 Our soundtrack will be baby squeals and coos (crying is a vibe too)!
👶🏿 BYOB(aby)! Who needs dumbbells when you made your own weights! After class, guests will enjoy wellness shots and matcha (or coffee) from Pura Vida and be encouraged to mingle and meet other attendees. Come for the movement, stay for the community!
👶🏼 Ticket includes: a 45 minute pilates class, a curated gift bag, raffle entries for giveaways, wellness shots and a post-class matcha by Pura Vida Miami and sweet moments with other local mamas!
