Mama-Morphosis is a bi-monthly Pregnancy Support Circle facilitated by doulas, at Birthstone Breastfeeding and Wellness Center in Sylva. We gather for an hour to share in all things pregnancy, birth, and newborn. The first half of our time together is a guided discussion, activity, or light movement practice from the doulas, and the second half is open for any kind of conversation that naturally arises.
We host this Circle for mothers to find connection and support amongst each other and to offer guidance in exploring the physical, mental, emotional, and transformational aspects of pregnancy and motherhood.
We welcome you in all 4 trimesters, including the newborn phase.
