Join Steph for a gentle, relaxed yoga class - focused on breathwork, gentle movement and relaxation. They are suitable from about 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks after c-section. You are welcome to bring your baby, up until they are mobile/ crawling. The classes take part in our studio upstairs, so please try to avoid bringing a buggy if you can. No previous yoga experience necessary. Baby changing facilities available. Please check with your GP before starting exercise after pregnancy.
