• 4:15–5:15 PM Off-Ice: Introduction to hockey pathways and self-evaluation across the five key areas of the game, with a strong emphasis on character
• 5:15–6:15 PM On-Ice: Drills designed for self-assessment, helping players set goals and identify ways to improve across the five key areas of the game
• 6:15–7:00 PM Wrap-Up: Workbook reflections to reassess personal goals and define next steps toward becoming a stronger leader through hockey
• 7:00 PM Camp concludes
