About this Event
Join us for a transformative full-body and full-spirit experience blending mantra, movement, and meditation. Mala Yoga is a three-part ritual of balance and renewal — weaving together sacred sound (japa), 54 sun salutations, and 54 moon salutations to complete a living cycle of 108.
Each section of the practice reflects a rhythm of nature:
The Sun Sequence activates vitality, confidence, and warmth.
The Moon Sequence nurtures reflection, intuition, and rest.
The Mantra Meditation threads it all together, bringing the mind, body, and breath into harmony.
You don’t need to be a yoga expert or know Sanskrit to join — just bring your curiosity, your breath, and a willingness to move at your own pace. Whether you complete the full 108 or simply honor your rhythm, you’ll leave grounded, centered, and reconnected to your inner light.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat or comfortable surface for movement
- Water and a towel
- Your favorite mala (optional)
- An open heart and relaxed spirit
Who It’s For
This offering welcomes all levels, all bodies, and all identities. The pace is self-guided and inclusive, with modifications and rest breaks built in throughout.
Why 108?
The number 108 represents wholeness — the balance of sun and moon, inhale and exhale, effort and ease. Together, we’ll move through this sacred number as a collective meditation in motion.
