Description:
Join us for an exciting ~6-hour ADVANCED Partner Acrobatics Workshop led by world-class coach Maksim Karavaev, a two-time World Champion and four-time European Champion in Sports Acrobatics!
This workshop is designed for ADVANCED acrobats and intermediate acrobats transitioning to ADVANCED level, and anyone feeling skilled enough and looking to improve their skills in a supportive and fun environment.
Please, note, all tricks mentioned in the decscription below are examples and the final agenda will be agreed and planned based on skill level of the participants.
The workshop is divided into two main parts:

Part 1 (Afternoon Session: 14:15 - 17:00):
We begin with a comprehensive warm-up followed by a focus on balance elements.
Expect to train on skills like podsechka, diamidov, cartwheel, dragup(podriv), dislocate, cannonball, different kinds of handstand, maybe flag etc.
This session will build a strong foundation of control and precision. The level of your individual tricks and training is adujusted based on participants skill level.
There will be 2 hours of guided training and remaining time until 17:00 free training with the coach available for questions and support.

Break, 17:00 - 18:00

Part 2 (Evening Session, 18:00 - 21:00):
After a 1-hour break, we’ll transition into dynamic elements.
This will include exciting moves like back and front tuck, layout, maybe full twist, jäger, diamitov and maybe elements on shoulders.
Worry not, the difficulty of the tricks will be high enough to suit the participants' skill levels, ensuring both challenge and safety.
There will be 2 hours of guided training and one hour free training with the coach available for questions and support.
