Making the Most of the Gardens Greens!

I've noticed that many people are often overwhelmed with a lot of kale, chard, etc..., especially in June. This workshop is here to help. We'll breifly discuss the growing culture of these crops and their nutrition, and spend most of the time discussing ways to use them, including some hands on cooking demonstrations.
