About this Event
It’s no surprise that Dan Pelosi’s favorite food is Meatballs, as he’s a bit of a meatball himself. In his hands-on cooking class, he will share four of his favorite summer meatballs with ten lucky people. Each of the featured recipes will use summer produce and plenty of herbs so you’ll be ready to throw a meatball party as the new season arrives. Dan will also share how to make pesto, green goddess dressing, his yummy tartar sauce, and the perfect tomato sauce for the zucchini balls.
