About this Event

Workplace Lactation Support

This 4-part training is designed for organizational leaders. Our goal is to remove the guesswork by simplifying compliance and sharing guidance to make it straightforward for your workplace to create lactation‑friendly policies and dedicated pumping spaces. Employers will walk away with practical strategies to implement within their organization to support pregnant and breastfeeding employees. Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions for the full experience. Let's connect, share ideas, and make work better — together!

Info: On May 21st 2026, participants will analyze the physiological and logistical requirements of breastfeeding to eliminate operational bottlenecks, reduce unplanned absenteeism, and master the leadership communication necessary to retain high-value talent during life transitions.

Creating a Breastfeeding Friendly Space: Implementation

Info: On May 28th 2026 , participants will design a fully compliant, functional lactation room layout and establish a sustainable maintenance and budgetary plan to ensure long-term operational success.
