DeAnn Dillard has been a real estate agent for 17 years. She entered the industry as a single mom raising four girls, driven by the need to support her family. Through hard work, strong relationships, and community involvement, she quickly grew her business and became the number one agent in her community. Seven years ago, she moved to Carlsbad and started over from scratch, rebuilding her business in a brand new market just as Covid hit. A natural connector, DeAnn has since built the Carlsbad Neighbors Facebook group to nearly 20,000 members. She coaches real estate agents and businesses, and is now the publisher of the Carlsbad Neighbors magazine, where she helps local businesses become the go-to in their field while creating deeper connection and community throughout Carlsbad.
