As the Christmas season begins, we are reminded of how privileged we are with safety, warmth, and community.
✨ This is a time to pause, reflect, and extend compassion to those who are still suffering.
Although a ceasefire offers a moment to breathe, the road ahead for Gaza is long. Winter is approaching in the Northern Hemisphere, and safe, long-term shelter is still urgently needed.
Join us for a restorative, slow-paced & gentle yoga practice, a space to calm your nervous system, soften end-of-year exhaustion, and reconnect with the intention of giving.
No experience needed — all are welcome 🌸
The session includes gentle movement, and a Yoga Nidra relaxation.

All proceeds go to Clean Shelter, a registered non-profit founded by Seba Abu-Daqa and Tom Kellner, providing sanitation and clean water in Gaza.
With minimal overheads, Clean Shelter has already installed over 1230 facilities, including tents, showers, kitchens & schools - supporting over 150000 families and individuals.
