About this Event
Join us for a creative workshop exploring Asexual (ACE) joy in its many forms from across the spectrum.
Facilitated by Polly, this workshop will invite you to explore archive images from LGBTQ+ history. Using these images, you will make your own zine or collage that represents what ACE joy means and looks like to you. Although this workshop is designed to be a celebratory space, we understand the marginalisation the ACE communities experience and we want you to feel empowered to express every aspect of your experience.
This event is open to any ACE identifying or questioning people. It is a space to make ACE history and explore your identities creatively.
Facilitator:
Polly (she/they) is an art historian, folklorist, and artist. She uses myths and folktales to explore her queerness, and Renaissance paintings as alter-egos.
