Meditation practice allows us to notice how we sometimes create a cocoon of habits to hide from or ignore our fears.Through meditation, we can begin to appreciate that there is no fundamental obstacle to seeing our lives clearly and directly experiencing our own goodness, which is always available to us.

• guided meditation instruction and practice

Open to all. There are no prerequisites for this retreat.
