The Mindfulness and Makeup experience is a restorative and empowering event designed to help participants reconnect with themselves-mind, body, and spirit - while exploring the art of self-expression through beauty. This immersive session blends guided mindfulness practices with professional makeup techniques to promote confidence, calm, and authenticity.

Participants will begin with a hands-on makeup experience focused on enhancing natural features and embracing individuality. Participants will then engage in gentle grouding exercises, affirmations, and reflective moments that center the mind.
