Intro to Making Your Own Unique Wood Burned Beads
Learn something new and have fun during this hands on workshop. This small class is perfect for those who are new to wood burning and want to explore the art of pyrography. It is also good for those who have taken the intro class and want to try something different. This is also a good opportunity to try the Razer Tip Woodburning tool before you buy one.
You will learn step by step how to create a set of wooden beads and turn them into a bracelet and earrings. Little art experience is necessary just some time and patience. There is something very soothing and relaxing about burning patterns into wood. You will learn how to use the wood-burner safely. We will go over the difference between the wood burning tools that are available. Wood is supplied and the tool that we use is the Razer Tip woodburning system.
As well as woodburning you will learn how to wire wrap a simple loop, tie a surgeons knot and design a simple jewellery set.
