ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Jessica Mahler is a self-taught fiber artist based in Washington, DC. What started as a creative outlet that helped her manage her anxiety during Covid quickly morphed into an obsession; her hands just couldn’t stop creating. Jessica pulls inspiration from ritual, sacred talismans & the cosmos & hopes her pieces make your space feel just right.
When she’s not tangling knots together, you can find Jessica teaching yoga & pilates (she’s been teaching since 2011), writing (her first love; she’s also a published author), and inspiring others to love and care for themselves. She loves to laugh, long bike rides, the beach, and cuddling with her kitties.
