Join us for an in-depth leatherworking experience at Amano Goods in Echo Park, Los Angeles. In this class, you'll learn some of the fundamentals of leatherworking, as applied to making your very own leather travel journal (refillable with A5 inserts). Choose from a variety of premium Italian veg tanned leathers, and learn how to use leatherworking tools under expert guidance from Amano's founder and master craftsman, Adan.

This class will focus on folding, gluing, hand stitching, and edge finishing techniques, as well as a brief educational segment about leather types & history. Workshops include all materials & tools, as well as light refreshments, and of course, the final product that you make!
