Protection orders are a necessary tool to quell family violence, allowing both respondents and applicants the time and space needed to resolve matters peacefully. One unfortunate aspect of protection orders is the requirement for supervised contact. This seminar covers how to manage changeovers and contact; how to avoid a protection order; how to apply for one; or—if you have one—what is the best approach to have it discharged.
