About this Event
Join artist instructor Suzy Kopf for an inspiring afternoon where flowers and watercolor come together. You’ll begin with a thoughtfully pre-selected assortment of fresh spring clippings from the Gardens, ready for you to transform into a lush, garden-inspired bouquet. Along the way, you’ll learn simple yet impactful floral design tips—focusing on color harmony, balance, and composition—to create an arrangement that feels naturally beautiful.
Then, bring your blooms to life on paper. Suzy will guide you through approachable watercolor techniques, from mixing vibrant, realistic greens to capturing the delicate shapes and movement of spring flowers. Whether you’re brand new to painting or simply looking to refresh your skills, you’ll receive step-by-step instruction in a relaxed, supportive setting.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll head home with:
• A handcrafted spring bouquet
• Your own original floral watercolor painting
• Foundational watercolor skills
• A set of painting supplies to continue creating
No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and love of spring. Spaces are limited for this special seasonal workshop, so reserve your spot early and treat yourself (or a friend) to an afternoon of art, flowers, and fresh inspiration.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be issued within 7 days of the session date if you cancel your registration. If you cancel more than 7 days before the session, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee (withheld from your refund).
