Make Mosaics with Us!Find the “Glass Playground” interactive space for EVERYONE to PLAY with glass, located in the lawn area at West Market Street and Chestnut Street.
Aubergine Glass & Jewelry will have 2 fun interactive mosaic activities for you to create.
Make and Take Mosaic Tiles- design your own mosaic tile using scrap glass and mortar. Supplies are limited, so arrive early to make the coolest craft.
Glass Fest Mosaic Mural- help complete a community constructed glass mosaic mural to be displayed at future GlassFests! Become part of Corning Glass History by participating in the creation of this unique mural.
The play space will be open:
Friday, May 22 | 3:00–6:00 PM
Saturday, May 23 | 12:00–2:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Our limited supplies are free to the public for this family friendly, all ages craft. Let’s get glassy!
*Scrap glass has sharp edges, therefore gloves are recommended for all participants, unless they sign a liability waiver.
