This workshop is designed especially for those who feel anxious, intimidated, or simply want to understand the Reformer before joining regular classes.
Unlike the standard 50-minute Reformer classes, this is a 70-minute workshop with two teachers and only five participants — which means loads of hands-on support, guidance, and time to ask questions.
Many people who’ve come to 1:1 Reformer sessions with me have shared the same worries:
“Will I be okay?”
“What if I do it wrong?”
“What if I break the equipment?”
Good news — you won’t.
During this workshop, we’ll slow everything down, explore the Reformer step by step, and help you befriend the equipment so it starts to feel supportive rather than scary. By the end, you’ll leave feeling taller, more confident, and excited to continue your Reformer journey.
