About this Event
Brunch is the best meal of the week! Those who love brunch but are looking for ways to create something amazing yet healthy are in the right place! This class is a very casual intimate class and we will go over fun breakfast and brunch basics, but make everything with a healthier spin!
Choose to attend our optional 45 min yoga class b4 cooking and really get your weekend started! (limited spaces and if you need a mat, please let us know prior)
Menu:
* Eggs Benedict Florentine - homemade poached eggs (this requires some technique!)
- Canadian Bacon
- home made English muffins! (PLAY WITH DOUGH!)
- homemade light (BUT YUMMY!) Hollandaise Sauce
-Herbed Potatoes
-Mixed greens with homemade apple vinaigrette
