The class will teach you everything about making this delectable spread of the buns with side Asian slaw wth homemade vinaigrette and green tea mochi!
Chinese - both Mandarin and Cantonese as well as written and Pinyin (for texting!)

* Steamed Bao BUNS! - Regular flour OR if you request, we can make it GF with separate equipemnt and workspace!
* BBQ Pork from SCRATCH
* Asian slaw for the bao toppings
*Green Tea Mochi from scratch!
