Make & Take: The Basics of Biscuits

For ages 13 & up

A warm biscuit straight from the oven can enhance almost any meal. Learn to make one yeasted biscuit that is lighter than air; a traditional buttermilk biscuit with a few updated tips that will insure flakiness; and their kissing cousin, a sweet biscuit, that is perfect for filling with your favorite fruits or jams. You'll leave class with a sampling of biscuits and shortcakes.

For ages 13 & up. Children 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Tickets are priced per person.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
