Description
Let us help take the worry out of dinner tonight. Working with a small team, you'll create an Italian-inspired feast for four that includes a casserole filled with pasta, sausage (optional), cheese and bathed in a rich tomato sauce; a refreshing salad of arugula, fennel, and homemade vinaigrette; and yeasty breadsticks to complement both. We'll provide the the disposable containers; you might want to bring an insulated carrier to pack your meal at the end of class if you have several stops before you reach home.
For ages 18 & up. While we won't serve wine in this two hour class, we will have some recommendations from our experts to complete your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
