Make & Take: Handle Turning!

In this class students will select a beautiful hardwood turning blank and the Rockler Ice Cream Scoop Handle Kit. You will learn the basics of turning, specifically turning the handle portion of the Rockler Turning Kit. All materials included. Experienced and non-experienced wood turners alike are all welcome in this class! All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases. Each student should carefully consider their health and reaction to products around them when signing up for this or any of the Rockler woodworking classes. Considering a 1-on-1 private Instruction?
