Make a Snowglobe (Ages 12–17)

What you get to do this month (no skills or supplies needed):

• Build your own mini snowglobe - a hands-on craft that’s totally beginner-friendly.
• A little bit of easy movement to settle in and relax (no pressure, no performance).
• Try something new and have a few laughs.

Who it’s for
Teen Girls ages 12–17 who want a relaxed place to hangout and try something creative.

Why the snowglobe?
Personal Anchor. Snowglobes can be the tiny “pause button” reminder, a cue to take a breath when the world feels chaotic, watch the glitter settle, and let things feel a little clearer.
Creativity. An activity that shows creativity can come from simple everyday things, no special skills or supplies required, and that a simple, hands-on projects can feel surprisingly meaningful.

Resilience. The snowglobe is a tiny practice in finding inner compassion, patience and calm: resilience grows from small, steady habits (not perfection), and the act of watching the glitter settle becomes a real, portable cue to pause and breathe.

THP Hangouts are a monthly meetup for teen girls, come as you are to connect, create, move & have fun. No pressure, no supplies, just you!

Parents this is for your daughter if:

About THP Hangouts
THP Hangouts are low-pressure monthly meetups where teens create, move, and connect through activities that help them embody skills like confidence, boundary-setting, and resilience (not just talk about them). Sessions are safe, supervised, and led by a registered psychologist and a kinesiologist who specialize in supporting teen girls& women. It’s simple, activity-focused, and fun. A seemingly small step that can make a big difference.

• Group is theirs- we encourage input, creativity, and participation from the girls in a way that feel right for them.
• All abilities welcome. No prior experience required.
• Safe, supervised, and fun.
