Small, fun and friendly course with a maximum of 6 students for £169. Suitable for anyone who has basic sewing skills (or who has taken my Sewing for Beginners course). Suitable for adults and age 11 upwards and sewing machines can be provided.Students Learn how to make either an 'A' line or straight skirt to fit you perfectly. In the process students will be taught how to use a commercial pattern and all about measurements, working out fabric requirements, the size to choose and some basic fitting guidance.
The course includes learning how to pattern match, how to insert a zip and use a zipper foot, as well as seam finishes, successful darts and hem options. There will be lots of 'tips and tricks' along the way. Free and plentiful parking! For more details and for bookings www.oxfordsewinglessons.com
