About the Instructor:
Carolyn is a mahjong player and certified OMM teacher based in Jamaica Plain, MA. She’s been playing since she was a teenager, when a friend’s mom taught her how to play. She teaches both American and Chinese mahjong.
This relaxed, social evening combines guided play with instructor assistance, giving you the opportunity to practice game flow, ask questions, improve strategy, and gain more comfort playing independently — all without the pressure of a formal class.
Whether you've recently completed a beginner session or simply want more experience before jumping into open play, this is the perfect next step.
