🧠 Why Mahjong for Kids?

Mahjong is more than a game—it’s a brain-building, confidence-shaping experience.

For children (including Autism & ADHD):

  • 🧩 Strengthens pattern recognition & strategic thinking
  • 🎯 Supports focus, attention span, and impulse control
  • 🔄 Builds memory, sequencing, and cognitive flexibility
  • 🤝 Encourages social interaction in a structured, low-pressure way
  • 🧘🏽 Promotes calm engagement and sensory-friendly play

Research on strategy-based games shows improvements in executive function, working memory, and sustained attention—key developmental areas for all children, especially those with ADHD and autism spectrum differences.

💛 For Parents & Families
  • Creates intentional, screen-free bonding time
  • Encourages teamwork, communication, and patience
  • Gives you a shared activity you can continue at home
  • Allows you to learn alongside your child—together
