Free "Mahalo Bash | E Ho'i I Ka PIKO " on May 1st at Waialua High and Intermediate School (WHIS)! The Mahalo Bash is a special event dedicated to honoring our North Shore community. As we reflect on the recent Kona Lows, we want to celebrate the way we’ve united, persevered, and supported one another through the chaos.
3:30-5:30pm Food, Clothes & supplies Drive in our WHIS cafeteria
5:00-8:30pm Food, FOOD TRUCKS & Free ENTERTAINMENT in the Gym featuring Likkle JORDEE, LAVA, Nesian N.I.N.E. and Special Guests.
THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT ON SCHOOL CAMPUS; NO SMOKING/VAPING OR ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON CAMPUS.
To help tell our collective story, we are looking for PHOTO SUBMISSIONS to be featured on display in the school gymnasium during the event.
What we’re looking for:
-Photos of Property Damage or the impact of the storms on our landscape
-Community, members, friends, and family volunteering or working together on cleanup efforts.
-ANY MOMENTS THAT CAPTURE ALOHA IN ACTION!
