About this Event
MAGNET Executive Forum
Change Management used to apply to an organization simply evolving from System A to System B, unfreezing or breaking the status quo, moving things around, and then returning to a stable, frozen state. These days technological, geopolitical and demographic change is constant and rapid, meaning that the old models no longer apply. How do organizations make sense of all of this while holding themselves together? How might they adjust strategies, management practices, and operational changes in a state of constant fluctuation?
Our guest speaker for this session of the MAGNET Executive Forum is Gaurav Gupta, Managing Director and head of R&D for the world-renown Kotter International. It’s founder, John Kotter, is revered as the guru of Change Management, and as his senior disciple, Gaurav has adapted Kotter’s principals for our emergent reality. A frequent speaker and consultant to global industries, governments and non-profit organizations, Gaurav’s experience leverages his education as an engineer and his experience leading change initiatives around the world. This session will cover the strategic, operational and leadership aspects of change management, particularly for our region’s manufacturing base.
It is encouraged to attend this session with your colleagues from across your organization.
