You are cordially invited to Magical Movement with Sandi. This special eve will combine:*inspiring topic for introspection, discussion, & journaling
*movement including yoga/dance/core & pelvic floor work/stretching
*soul-stirring music, guided meditation, tea & community
Class size is limited to 15 students.
Please wear clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle, pen & journal/something to write in. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat (mats available for use)

Please arrive early. Doors will be locked shortly after 6:00 p.m.
