Each player will receive a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Prerelease Kit, which includes:
• 6 Play Booster packs
• 1 foil promo card
• 1 spindown life counter
Players will build a 40-card minimum deck using the contents of their kit.
Basic lands will be provided.
Players keep all cards from their Prerelease Kit.
