This is a Regional Championship Qualifier which will have competitive-level rules enforcement. This event will provide an invitation to the Star City Games Regional Championship to the winner.The format is Sealed using Outlaws of Thunder Junction. Players will register decks before Round 1. There will be 50 minutes of deck building and 5 rounds of sealed before a cut to a Top 8 draft also using Outlaws of Thunder Junction.
Prize promos will be added once they are announced. They will include:
• One entry to Regional Championship Washington, DC
• Prizes are paid out in cash to the top 8 based on attendance.
