Each player will receive a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Prerelease kit which will contain the following. 6 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles play booster packs, 1 foil Rare or Mythic Rare, 1 deck box and 1 Spindown die. Players will build a 40-card minimum deck from this kit. (L.T.'s Hobbies & Games will provide Basic Land for deck construction).— SEALED DECK —
