What is 7 Point Highlander?
7 Point Highlander (7PH) is a 60 card Magic: The Gathering format which uses the vintage card pool and banned list, but with a points system to restrict the most powerful cards, limiting players to a total of 7 points worth of cards from a specific list. This makes it a unique, singleton constructed format (meaning that you can only have one of each card), where powerful cards are balanced by points, allowing for creative deck-building opportunities and competitive play.
