We’re taking over Prohibition Lounge on Wednesday, May 20 at 7:00 PM for Magic Spectacular — an evening of connection, surprises, and live entertainment in one of Calgary’s most distinctive lounges. Not to mention, my PERSONAL favourite for cocktails in Calgary (Untitled being my other).
Prohibition is known for its vintage speakeasy atmosphere, 1920s-inspired décor, swing-and-jazz energy, and intimate underground setting on 17th Ave SW. And best part is? You're going to make epic new friends! It's open seating, and you'll be at a table with a ton of brand new people you likely haven't met yet. Feeling shy? Our featured entertainer is Chris Lovely, a Calgary-based performer known for interactive magic, close-up and roving magic, parlour-style performance for adult audiences, and creative balloon artistry. His style is built around engaging the crowd, creating shared moments of surprise, and keeping the energy fun and social all night.
