Pop-up mini-event, Sunday June 7th, 11:00-12:00 at Be Kind The Vegan Coffee Caravan Part of Hushfest, this is one of a series of free pop-up gatherings, the purpose of which is to celebrate quieter, more sensitive people.
Sensitivity is a gift that the world needs. Sensitive people are bright lights in an often dark world and that light needs to be nurtured. The more we focus on that and turn away from the darkness, the easier life becomes.
How do we look after our sensitive selves?
This is a question that I'm asking for your help to answer.
REFRAMING QUIET is the section of the Scarf being made for the Hushfest exhibit entitled Quiet Hearts.
This relaxed, drop-in session is an opportunity for quieter voices to be heard and shared via the Community Harmony Scarf.
This particular session, held outside if the weather permits or in the cosy surroundings of Betty the Caravan, will have the theme of Quiet in Self. We'll be exploring what being quiet means to us and how we use moments of Quiet to recharge, nurture ourselves and grow.
