Friday November 15th at 7 pmLearn how to play Magic, or help a friend or family member learn the game with Magic Academy! Players must register with their Wizards Account. If you don't have a Wizards Account, we will help you set it up so you can participate in this and other Magic events!
When you check in, let the event organizer know your experience with Magic so far:
Brand New – "I’ve never played Magic before"
Intermediate Beginner – "I’ve played a game or two, but I'm still learning as I play"
Advanced Beginner – "I've learned the core rules of the game, and am ready to hone my skills"
Magic Academy starts with an introductory video that reviews gameplay basics and showcases what makes Magic such an awesome game. Then you'll receive a Welcome Deck, a Learn-to-Play brochure, a pocket reference card, and a sticker sheet. Event organizers will pair players—by level whenever possible—to practice Magic using their Welcome Decks.
