Magaliesburg Weekend Wanderers – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full by 30th June 2025.
1.2. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
1.3. Payments can be made to Pandemonium Events FNB 250655 63110820289 and proof of payment must be emailed to [email protected]
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1. Cancellations made up and including 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund (not including deposit).
2.2. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are non-refundable.
2.3. If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future event.
3. Event Inclusions, Exclusions & Changes
3.1. The package includes accommodation, meals (Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast), an exclusive adventure/outing, and a gala evening with a performing arts piece, dinner, and a welcome drink. The package DOES NOT include any drinks except the welcome drink on the Saturday evening – those are for your own cost.
3.2. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
3.3. Special dietary requirements must be communicated at least 10 days before the event.
4. Liability & Responsibility
4.1. All participants attend at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
4.2. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and must follow all safety instructions during activities.
4.3. Any damage to property caused by a guest will be their financial responsibility.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5.2. Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly. Any excessive consumption leading to disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.3. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. The organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
6.2. In such cases, alternative dates or refunds may be offered at the discretion of the organizers.
7. Photography & Media
7.1. By attending the event, guests consent to photography and videography, which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
7.2. If a guest does not wish to be photographed, they must inform the organizers in writing before the event.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By booking and attending the Magaliesburg Weekend Wanderers, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.
