This retreat is lovingly hosted by Hannah and Kirsty, two friends and facilitators with a shared passion for creating heartfelt, healing experiences. Kirsty offers intuitive, breath-led yoga flows to reconnect you with your body and your truth, while Hannah weaves and creates transformative sound journeys that guide you into deep states of rest and renewal. Together, we will hold space for you to slow down, tune in and gently grow into what's next.

Rates include accommodation, all your meals and snacks (please share any dietary requirements), daily yoga classes and experiences. Kahuna massages are also available on request at an extra cost.
Cancellation Policy: a full refund will be offered to you if you cancel by 3 September. Any cancellations thereafter will result in a 50% refund of what you have paid. No refunds will be offered if you cancel after 15 September.

7:30 - Vinyasa and meditation with Kirsty (75 mins)
9:00 - Breakfast
FREE TIME (go for a walk, paint, read a book, nap, swim, Kahuna massages available to book at an extra cost)
13:00 - Lunch

16:00 - Nurturing flow into restorative yoga and breathwork with Kirsty (90 mins)
18:00 - Dinner
19:00 - Sound journey with Hannah (40 mins)
Day 3
8:00 - Vinyasa and meditation with Hannah (75 mins)
9:30 - Breakfast
10:30 - Closing circle (+-30 mins)
Say our goodbyes and leave by noon
