The ensemble began with a specialization in pieces that may have been heard in New York State during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and has expanded its repertoire into twentieth century works, contemporaries, and commissions from emerging composers. Musicians of Ma’alwyck are Ann-Marie Baker Schwartz (violin), Sten Yngvar Isachsen (guitar), Norman Thibodeau (flute), and André Laurent O’Neil (cello).
This program is brought to you by the Millbrook Arts Group. A pre-show reception starts at 4:30 pm. The concert runs from 5:00-6:30 pm.
