About this Event
Thank you for your interest in this annual event. My name is Justice and I am the event coordinator for our annual event. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
This event is Saturday only for both yard sales and vendors.
Located in Olympia off exit 111 and the cost is $25 with no space limit. The cost is to cover the Honey Bucket rental and misc. supplies needed.
We are not responsible for any damage or injuries during this event.
Tables and chairs will not be provided.
Your event coordinator will be putting out numbers in the grass the morning of, to help keep people spread out and give everyone an idea of where they would like to be. There will not be a reservation for spaces, there is a lot of space and you can choose where you would like set up based on your own needs, shade, accessibility, etc.
There will be a porta-potty available inside the park.
Cancellation notice: You can cancel and receive and full refund up until 30 days before the event. There will not be any refunds if you cancel within 30 days.

Promotion details: Most of the promoting happens online in the weeks before the event. Yard sale events get the best traffic from those driving through so there will be banners put up to bring in traffic as well as additional signs.

We will send out 2-3 emails to answer any questions received for the whole group and to remind people of event details.
