Rosemary has always been known for its wonderful culinary as well as medicinal and magical properties. This class will cover Rosemary lore, varieties and which are best used for various preparations and food. We will cover cultivars, growing, care, as well as many of its uses, medicinal, magical, and culinary.
Projects will include foods such as seasonings, marinates, use in baked items and sauces. We will use it a few skin care products also and discuss its use in medicinally, such as in memory tonics and antimicrobials, and magically, such as incense, charms, and smoke cleansing.
