Wild salt cooking school host supper clubs and masterclass cooking classes to raise funds for free food education in Cheshire.
We have the pleasure of working with @midorididsbury who is a legend of Japanese cuisine! She has curated a 3 course extravaganza of explosive flavours. The profits go towards free food education in Cheshire for people who are care leavers, refugees and in social housing.
@àbloc are so kind they are allowing us to use their space! You can arrive for 6:30 pm and the food will start to be served at 7pm. Drinks can be purchased from @àbloc

To wet your whistle: kombu & Shimeji miso soup
Starter: sweet potato gyoza
Main: curry udon with veg toppings
Desert: matcha cream anmitsu
All of the food is plant based are the community classes
